Jumping Jacks

Great place to host a birthday party! I wish the had more open play times. 3 different themed rooms with various inflatable slides & bounce houses. I personally suggest you arrive slightly early to the party so you can sign waivers & be ready for the 1st room. As their website says party guests spend 30 min in each room & your party is private. Pirate room, glow room & then sports room will have the kiddos tuckered out, then you go to the party room for food/snacks. I really appreciate their reasonable prices! We ordered pizza from their vendor & it was quite tasty as well. For parties, they count guests age 2-17, which I like so I don't have to worry about paying extra in case grandparents want to come. I personally chose to bring my own tablecloths/plates to give the party room a more festive feel. Jarrod our party host was extremely helpful in setting up the party room & checking on us frequently. Each party room has 4 tables (with benches) & then a 5th table. There are various benches/chairs around the room and for our party of 30 kids there was plenty of seating. My only wishes were that the bathrooms were more updated (new paint/flooring) they were slightly dark & dingy feeling but adequate.

I had already reviewed this, but I don't see the original review anymore. This place was not worth it. The kids sort of enjoyed the jumpers, so two stars, but this is not a parent-friendly place. We arrived right on time (teeny bit early actually) for a party, only to be placed in a tiny waiting room for an hour. They packed all the guests in there like sardines, in violation of the fire code. When the party finally happened, we were in one jumper room for a while and then a second jumper room for a while. The third room was the food room. There was table seating only for the children. Some parents got to sit on benches along two walls (with nowhere to put their food) and the rest of us had to stand. There was another room we could go to, but it is ridiculous to ask parents to eat in a different room from their children. I was beyond disappointed with this place.

First time to Jumping Jacks and had a blast. We were throwing a party for our 6 year old. Love the multiple themed rooms and there's even a basketball hoop in the last one. The party room was a good size. It was enough for 30+kids and around 25 adults. Will definitely be holding now parties there. The staff was excellent. Our coordinator Mo was very helpful and attentive to the kids.

Had my son's birthday party today and was so easy. We choose the mini plan for 15 kids. Cost about 500 dollars but there are different options. I didn't want to do much so we got the works. 3 pizza and sodas with options to get more, they set up the room with balloons, table cloth , plates,etc. Everything is generic so don't expect much. You get 30 minutes in 3 different rooms for your group and 1 hour for food. The kids had a blast and definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a party here. Definitely would recommend to bring water because all the running and jumping the kids will be thirsty. Just an FYI the staff is very young overall and they just do the bare minimum. When I got to the place before the party I asked if I needed to fill or do anything and was told no but 5 minutes later the same person I spoke to told me I needed to fill paperwork out. I was annoyed but realized they are just doing the bare minimum. The party coordinator was awesome and had a much better attitude and helpful than the front desk. Overall I would recommend this place just don't expect 5 star customer service.

So this was my first time here. Cool concept of 3 different party rooms. Every 30 minutes you switch to a new room. I would have scored this higher but the all the rooms only had 2 benches against the wall for adults to sit at, so most of us had to stand up until we eventually got to the room with the food (1hr 1/2 later). The first room had 3 obstacle jumpers, the 2nd room was a dark room with some video game that were on free play. There was about 8 video game systems and 3 of them did not work (5 which were racing games). The last room had a basketball court and 3 video games and a jumper. Again 2 of the video game systems did not work and both basketballs were flat. If I get invited here again for a birthday party, I will do an update.

I had a high expectation compared to using thier competitors. The staff service does not compare and you do not get your money's worth as far as staff help, attentive to guests and host needs, party hype, and party set up etc. Choose PUMP IT UP you will get a way more memorable and smooth party with a host that makes every guest and birthday girl feel special. Reviews are right low expectations. Bummer.
